Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of Rawafid Agency's services.
Services Description
Rawafid Agency provides professional services including but not limited to:
- IT & Network Infrastructure — network design, structured cabling, server deployment
- Security Systems — CCTV installation and access control
- Design — graphic design, branding, and visual identity
- Digital Services — social media management, content creation, digital marketing
- Smart AI & Automation — data analysis, Power BI dashboards, AI integration
- Human Resources — recruitment, HR operations, and administrative management
Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in writing for each project before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure the successful delivery of services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely project requirements and relevant information
- Respond to communications and feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Grant necessary access to premises, systems, or resources required to complete the work
- Not use Rawafid's deliverables for unlawful purposes
Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon on a per-project basis and detailed in the project contract or proposal. General terms include:
- A deposit may be required before work commences, as specified in the project agreement
- Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
- Late payments may result in pausing of services until outstanding balances are settled
- All prices are in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) or as otherwise agreed in writing
Warranties & Service Quality
Rawafid Agency is committed to delivering services with professionalism and to the standard agreed in the project scope. We stand behind our work and provide:
- A warranty on labor and materials as specified in the project contract
- Reasonable corrections for defects that arise from our workmanship within the warranty period
- Post-project support communication via WhatsApp or email
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from client misuse, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances outside Rawafid's control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rawafid Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any errors, interruptions, or delays in service delivery beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Project Scope & Changes
The agreed project scope is defined in the project proposal or contract. Any changes to the scope — including additions, modifications, or removals — require mutual written agreement between the client and Rawafid Agency.
Scope changes may affect timelines and pricing. Rawafid will communicate the impact of any requested change before proceeding.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Rawafid retains the right to use project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising from these terms or from our services shall be resolved under Iraqi jurisdiction.
